How can I process the content of my PDF blob as File in azure logic apps?

How can I process the content of my PDF blob to use it with Adobe functions in Azure logic apps?

I want to download a pdf file that is in my azure storage account and pass it to an Adobe conversion function. This adobe function requires a pdf file.

Currently "Get blob content using path" action returns binary content which I can't use in the adobe function.

Can you help me?

Regards

Hi There,

Thank you for asking this question on the Microsoft Q&A Platform.

Please try to use the File Content value from 'Get blob content' which will be in base64 encoded format.

I just tried to read the pdf file from blob and created a new pdf file at different directory of blob storage using File Content value from 'Get blob content'.

Thanks for your answer, what I want is to get the content of the PDF file in application-PDF format so that the Adobe function can extract some tables and convert them to JSON format.
The problem is that the Adobe function only receives PDF content. However Create Blob (V2) does not return the content of the PDF file.

This is the Adobe function: https://docs.microsoft.com/es-es/connectors/adobepdftools/#extract-pdf-structure-in-a-json-object204717-captura.jpg

@PatyHernandez-0641 Thanks for reaching out. I have tested the logic app workflow with the sample PDF at my end and when I pass the File Content of my storage action to the Adbode PDF Services connection action Extract PDF Structure in a JSON Object.

Looking into your screenshoot I can see the File Name paramter is incorrect as it has missing .pdf name. I was able to reproduce the issue if I am passing the incorrect File Name or not passing the input File Content correctly.

Output :

Please test your workflow with the correct File Name postfix the .pdf and in case if you are still facing the issue then please share the workflow excecption message so I can assist you further.
Feel free to get back to me if you need any assistance.
