User privileges to change profile pictures of users on MS365/Teams/Sharepoint

Hi

What privileges should a user be give on MS365 / Teams / Sharepoint to allow him to upload and change user’s profile pics on behalf of other users without having to give Domain Admin access to our Active Directory and Network..
Is there any granular permissions that allow an internal person to do these duties without being a Domain admin on the network??

After double-checking role assignment info and I would say to use User administrator.

Agree with @ricardosolisvillegas-4678 that you can assign the "User administrator" role to the user in order for him to be able to update user's profile pictures:
