I was using windows 10 for past years and I do have acer Predator Helios 300 2019 model. I also use dual monitor setup for my productivity.

recently, I got update for Windows 11 and shockingly I couldn't able to detect my 2nd monitor. The catch is that whenever I tried to connect my Laptop to a TV it gets detected. Also, I'd like to say that I have been using my the LG LED Monitor VGA type pins (Using HTMI to VGA Converter). I also thought that my converter might have any issues and also i bought new one. But, again it didn't work.

Also, I tired to connect that monitor with that same converter another laptop HTMI. But, This scenario WORKED!.

If the complaint was like my HTMI cable pins have been damaged... I tired to connect it to TV and my laptop screen share WORKED!.

My very first suspect is that when I updated to Win 11 this happened. Not sure but my near PC Technical guy said there may be issues Windows 11 for the Acer Predator.

So, My I think I can revert back to Windows 10 but unfortunately I couldn't able to do so Since my Rollback data was deleted and couldn't able to roll back.
If I can roll back to clean win 10 with my same activation key then how should i have to do so?

If you have any Idea to roll back please Let me here.

You have up to ten days to roll back to the Windows 11.
I advise you to open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
You may perform a clean install of Windows 10 and make sure you are installing the correct edition and architecture (e.g., Home, Pro) and (32bit or 64bit) and in case your Windows 10 has been activated, it should activate automatically in the same device as it was activated.

    Regarding roll back issue:

After you upgrade to Windows 10 or install a Windows 10 Feature update, you'll be able to go back to your previous version of Windows within a limited time of 10 days. This can be done by opening Settings → Update & Security → Recovery → Go back to the previous version of Windows 10.

So in that case you have to clean install Windows 10.

I shall suggest you to update graphic card driver and recheck the issue.
