Hi, I have switched Client Apps workload to Intune and successfully deployed Foxit Reader to my laptop (Hybrid Azure AD Joined). However, I have noticed that while on VPN I can see Foxit Reader in Company Portal as featured application with installed status whereas while not on VPN I do not see it. Is this some bug or something else? Foxit Reader has nothing to do with MECM hence with VPN connection as well.

For this issue, it seems that there is something wrong connecting to intune service when disconnecting VPN. It is suggested to try to sync in Settings > Accounts > Access work or school > Info when disconnecting VPN and check if it shows successfully.
If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.
