Error Windows Server Upgrade 2012R2 to 2022

Dear,
I want to upgrade my VM OS form Windows Server 2012R2 to Windows Server 2022 has an error "0xC1900101 - 0x40021" The Installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operation

And then i try to install Windows Server 2019 has some problem failed to upgrade

how can i get fix this error ?

    Better and much safer option is to stand up the new one, patch fully and migrate roles / applications over to it. Otherwise you can review the setup logs.

    this is my log file, i was try to windows update, and i think was patch fully,

    205162-cbs.log

    205133-cbs.log

    These are not even the setup log files but either case desktop debugging is beyond the scope of forums support. If additional assistance is needed you can start a case here with product support.
