This morning, i started Azure trial with 200$ credits. I created a VM with East Asia region (want HongKong) but it automatically chose "Zone: 1" and i didn't know what it is, still created. And after i had checked, i known that it located in US. So, i deleted it than create a new one and tried chose "no infrastructure redundancy required" and finally had a HongKong VM. But after ~1 hour, my VM had been stopped and my subscription had been disabled. I created a support ticket, but nothing changes and now i am desperate... I'm soo disappointed in how azure manages their VMs.
(sorry for my bad English)

    Hi KARTHIK .P MANOJ < @KARTHIK .P MANOJ >

This is a community forum and not an Azure team support ticket system. As such, In the forum we can help in technical issues but we cannot check your account and provide support to your specific account.

It seems like you need to do what you did which is create a support ticket, but I assume that this will not help you as well since the issue is not technical issue but probably related to the fact that you used all your free credit

But after ~1 hour, my VM had been stopped and my subscription had been disabled

My guess is that you created a VM using one of the default template which cost more than 200$ for one hour and therefore you used all the free credit.

Again... I cannot know what is the exact issue since as I mentioned we cannot check your account. Therefore, we can only play the guessing game
