How can I obtain the Achievement Code for my training?

I have to give my achievement code to my trainer, but I don't know how and where I would get that code. Help me, please.

    Good evening.

    The achievement code must give by your trainer after a training session, it means u find it in chat, attending form or ask him to share with you.

    Thank you for the reply. But I am asking as a trainer, I gave a training and need to give my trained people an achievement code. I have registered the training on the Trainer Tracker and it asked me to enter the Achievement code. So, from where can I obtain it?
