Failed! Your digital credential is not accepted by credly

Failed! Your digital credential is not accepted by credly, please retry.

I get this message everytime I try to claim my badge
I go to Certification Dashboard > Badges > Accept (just below the badge image). I got redirected to Credly webpage, I connect to my Credly account using the same e-mail account on MS. And then, I get the message : "Failed! Your digital credential is not accepted by credly, please retry."

I tried Google Chrome and Mozilla both in private browsing and I always end up with the same error message.
Please help.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
