Test in Web Chat is not working it does not provide any reply and it does not provide any error message

I have created a basic knowledge Base using Language Studio, Deploy it and created a question and answer Bot. I can test the replies in the Language studio it works fine. But when I use the Test in Web Chat from the Bot Portal to test the Bot I don't get any response and I don't get any error message.
Any idea?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please check the network to see any onging issue happening? I have seen a simialr issue which has been fixed: https://github.com/microsoft/botframework-sdk/issues/4184
Could you please check on above issue to see if that helps?
