Can I receive my BitLocker encryption key by my laptop's serial number?

For starters, I'm on Windows 11. I restarted my laptop and I had BitLocker security come up. There are two keys on my Microsoft Account where neither have worked. I looked closely at the computer ID associated with each encryption key provided. Neither of which is the serial number of my laptop. I went through many other threads and forums but with no resolve.

Is there anyway to retrieve the key with my laptop's serial number? Are there any other ideas I'm not thinking of? Where should I reach out to the manufacturer?

This is kinda my last ditch effort. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Unfortunately, you can't get the key by using your laptops' serial number.
