Ever since y'all automatically installed Windows 11 when I tried to shutdown and update my PC I have had major audio issues. There is a clear audio disconnect sound and then when it reconnects in the 1-2 second span, Everything after is robotic and glitched out. Resets my voice monitoring settings and screws it all up. I have NEVER had this problem on windows 10 in my years of using it. Give me back Windows 10 or fix Windows 11. Its trash and nobody wants it for a good reason. Stop trying to trick people into updating to it as well. Nobody wants it. I have tried reinstalling drivers, selecting correct devices etc. Nothing has worked. So if you could, Fix your glitchy operating system or give me a way to get my Windows 10 back. I never wanted to update it, y'all just did that automatically when I was going to sleep one night. Shady shady business practices here.
Hi I'm having a similar problem. I've spent the last 6 weeks with my (new) Laptop aftercare team and audio engineer trying to rectify a glitchy audio and white noise problem. We have exhausted absolutely every single possibility. In the end, by running a bespoke programme underneath while recording, we were able to establish that it's some of the Windows 11 drivers causing this and a red statement told me that my 32 Ram computer was unable to handle audio recordings. The drivers appear to be spiking massively and then, in a bid to calm things down quickly, are shuddering to a stop which is causing glitches and drop outs in the recordings. I'm having to bin my new laptop and consider a move to Apple which I did not want to do. Very time consuming this has been and very disappointing indeed. Unfortunately this makes Windows 11 currently insuitable for me for professional recording.
