Additional sign-in or account-related issues within Microsoft Teams for business

I have two instances of teams app on my android phone. One instance if for my personal account, the second is for a work account.
The teams app instance for my personal account asks me to login to my personal account on an endless loop, making the app unusable.
These are the steps I've tried:
I saw in another post that its recommended to delete the authenticator app. This is not an option for me as I have many accounts setup in my authenticator app that I dont want to lose.
I've seen this issue posted several times by a number of individuals over the last couple of years, I'm suprised that Microsoft hasn't fixed the issue yet.
Any suggestions on how I can end the login loop would be recieved gratefully.

Based on your description, I know the scenario you met. For this, I am willing to help you but since you already tried to
clear Teams cache and uninstall it. And we are focusing on Exchange Online so Teams issues is not our profession scope. So I sinceerly suggest you post this in Teams - Microsoft Community Hub. The engineers there are responsible for Teams consult and issue. They have more testing environment and fixing tools. Believe they can help you sole this. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.
