intune device ownership greyed out

Hi
I'm having some trouble to change the onwership off the devices in intune endpoint portal.
It shows up as greyed out and I can find a way to enable this feature. It only happens on a few machines.
They´re enrolled as Hybrid Azure AD Join. Anyone know how to enable the option?

    For this issue, we appreciate your help to try some actions:

    1. Please try to assign intune license to the user signing in the device.
    2. Please try to sync the device and check if the device ownership is changed. Someone has the similar experience:
