Not able to create DLT Pipeline

I have 14 day trial account, I want to create a DLT pipline. But I am getting below error, when executing the pipline:

Failed to launch pipeline cluster 0523-171430-t914p16p: The operation could not be performed on your account with the following error message: azure_error_code: OperationNotAllowed, azure_error_message: Operation could not be completed as it results in...

Please help. Does trial account don't have access to Delta Live Table?

I am getting bellow in JSON.
