Outlook schedule private setting

User says that wants to stop the private setting when group address send the meeting request.
Is there any ways for users not to use private setting?
As far as I know, it's not possible to do that because of outlook standard setting in Office2016.
Please let me know your opinion.

According to your description, i have done a lot of research about registry and others but didn't find a useful method to disable the "Private" option. I'm afraid that you need to continue to work with it.
