E5 Subscription deleted for no reason

I found that my subscription link was deleted for no reason, and the prompt showed that I was too young, but I am an adult. The age in my profile shows that I was born in 2018, however this is not possible. I tried modifying the profile, but that doesn't work.

I feel very incomprehensible about this. I am a back-end developer, and I often use the E5 developer account for development. I hope to be able to restore my subscription, which contains a lot of information about my work, and my mailb204859-%E5%B1%8F%E5%B9%95%E6%88%AA%E5%9B%BE-2022-05-23-231614.png204918-%E5%B1%8F%E5%B9%95%E6%88%AA%E5%9B%BE-2022-05-23-230956.pngox is also my usual mailbox. Thanks!

    Hi @viiber Dan ,

    Thank you for your post!

I'm unable to read the popups in your screenshots, but based on your description it sounds like your subscription may have been disabled.

If you have not done so already, you can follow the instructions to reactivate your subscription:

If you're the Account Administrator and accidentally canceled a pay-as-you-go subscription, you can reactivate it in the Azure portal.

    1) Sign in to the Azure portal as the Account Administrator.
    2) Go to Subscriptions and then select the canceled subscription.
    3) Select Reactivate.
    4) Confirm reactivation by selecting OK.

If your subscription was canceled prior, there is a 90 day retention period.

If you are unable to re-activate the subscription, you can contact Azure subscription management team for further assistance. Here is their contact information: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request to create support case.

Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan and is free of charge.

If you have the wrong age listed on your profile, the following steps will work for most people in most regions to change the age:

    1) Sign in to Your info on the Microsoft account website.
    2) Select Edit your personal info.
    3) Change your birthdate, and select Save.

For regions such as the United States of America and the Republic of Korea, and other regions that regulate what children can do online, follow these steps:

We can use a valid U.S. credit card number to verify your age.

    1) Sign in to your Microsoft account. The You need a parent's permission page appears.
    2) Select I'm an adult—why am I seeing this?
    3) Follow the instructions to provide your credit card info.

If you face any issues, I would recommend reaching out for free support with the billing team.

    I hope this helps!
