Can't manage a tenant

I have three tenants in Azure. I can switch between 2 of them. But I can't manage the third one (metalyeso.com).
When i try to change to this tenant, a new page asking me for "Approve the login request" appears. This page doesn't appear when i change between the other two tenants. I try to log in this page with my account, but i never receive any message in the microsoft autenthicator app. I can't log in with my fingerprint or a code. But if i try to log in with the same account in other microsoft webpages, this code appears normally.
Can anybody help me with this trouble? I tryed to link the domain metalyeso.com to a new tenant, but it says that the domain is in use in other tenant (it's correct), but i can't manage or delete this tenant.

metalyeso.com, can you share a screenshot of the "Approve the login request" screen that you're seeing? - Have you ever been able to access this tenant?
- Is this a personal tenant that you created or your organization's tenant?
