How to use 'du.exe' in Korean environment (Windows10)

Question

I am currently downloading and using 'du.exe' from the Microsoft web page.

When I executed it, the folder list in English is output normally, but the folder or file list in Korean is not output normally.
I changed the chcp of the cmd window to 949, 65001, but it is the same.

(Korean words are printed like '?? ??' )
