Hi
I can login to my Windows Azure VM with an Azure AD user that has been added in the IAM admin roles.
However when I try to login as another user B that has same VM admin roles on the VM, it fails saying "this sign in method is not allowed..."
Any help?

Indeed, I have enabled Security Defaults for MFA for my tenant users.
I do not have intune at the moment where I can disable "Azure Windows VM Sign-In" app as stated in link.
Also, I am reluctant to disable this setting as my tenant was hacked.
One user can log in though without issue but not the others which is rather weird.
Maybe because I had joined the VM to AzureAD with that account before I enabled MFA.
