office365: is it possible to assign a user as Administrator only for some domains?

Hi all,
my company has MSOffice365 and several domains and each of them include users with mailboxes, Teams,...

I would like to assign, for each domain, a user with Administrator rights to manage mailboxes, Teams etc of the users belong to that domain.

A kind of sub admin with plenty of rights within his domain.

is it possible?

    @MF Thanks for posting in our Q&A. For this issue, it is not related to windows 365. Windows 365 is a cloud-based service that automatically creates a new type of Windows virtual machine (Cloud PCs) for your end users.

    This issue is more related to admin rights. I'm not a support engineer of this and know little about it. To get more accurate help, it is suggested to post in admin center Tech Community forum. Here is the link:
