How to make Azure Portal to include all subscriptions when searching?

For example when I go to https://portal.azure.com/#blade/HubsExtension/BrowseAll/filter/myApp I expect that Subscription filter wouldn't be limited to a default subscription, but would select all by default, and would look like this:

As far as I understand "Manage view" can only change the columns visible.

P.S. tag is wrong as Azure portal not available.

@PovilasPoq-1985 Welcome to Microsoft Q & A Community Forum. I understand that you would like to view all the resources available for all the subscriptions in your current tenant.

To set it up by default, traverse to https://portal.azure.com/#settings/directory and Select the list of subscriptions from the dropdown as highlighted below for which you would like to view the resources for.
