You could run Get-CacheClusterHealth command which returns health statistics for all of the named caches in the cache cluster. This includes those that haven't been allocated yet. Unallocated fractions are a sign of an unhealthy Distributed Cache instance. Those fractions should be reallocated after a short period of time.
