Amount Debited Twice, Yet Azure free trial account not activated!

I tried to activate my azure free trial account subscription via kotak mahindra debit card. the transaction was carried out twice and token amount of Rs. 2 was debited twice. yet i received an error .

some error about international transaction denied by bank. even though i have enabled international transaction. i can attach the relevant transaction ref id if Microsoft support could reply me back.

You'll want to talk to billing who will be able to resolve this issue. If you were unable to create an account at all then you'll want to talk to Azure sales.

Creating a billing support request
In the Azure portal, you can open a billing support request by going to Help + support > New support request > Billing and then complete the wizard.
