How to custom Edge devtools tab?

Hello, how can I stuck devtools tab or how to custom permanent devtools tab?
There are some frequently used tabs that I want it to be permanent, like Network. Because there has a close button I always click it unexpected. That makes me upset.

    Unfortunately, customizing tool pinning in default devtools is not a choice currently. However, focus mode is here for you. In focus mode, you can customize your tools in an "activity bar". Accidentally closing your tools may be impossible since you can only close them by right-clicking them and selecting the "remove" option.

    To enable focus mode, please go to Settings --> Experiments --> select Focus Mode, and restart the devtools.
