Teams meeting policy requirement

Hi all,

My company is having below requirement, appreciate if anyone can help me to get to know, whether will it be possible on Teams?

we are creating a meeting request which includes Guest users. For now, Chat is enabled and everyone are able to access chat window and all members could visible the chat. However our requirement is, when Guest user use the private chat window in the meeting, only presenter/internal(not Guests) party could see their chat and other Guest won't be visible the same chat.

Highly appreciate the help?

Thanks,
Dilan

The functionality you want to achieve doesn't seem to be feasible.

Hi @dilannanayakkara-8008,

However our requirement is, when Guest user use the private chat window in the meeting, only presenter/internal(not Guests) party could see their chat and other Guest won't be visible the same chat.

Agree with Prasad that currently there's no option or feature available for this requirement. Given this, I just tried submitting a feature request via the dedicated feedback portal for Microsoft Teams, I'll leave the link below so that you or other community members who have a similar request can also vote or comment there. Hopefully this feature can be added in the near future.
