Flow being throttled

Question

Hi all, I'm having some issues when running flows and keep receiving the following error:

Looks like your flow's operation is hitting an action limit designed to protect the connector service being called.

Further detail: statusCode": 429,
"message": "Rate limit is exceeded. Try again in 204 seconds.

I ran one flow yesterday for 26 different entries on a spreadsheet, and it failed on 5 occasions. Another, was run 44 times and this failed 27 times

It's a pretty basic flow set up, for a selected row send an email template.

I can't seem to find the limits on this in the power automate app, but I wouldn't have thought we would be hitting them, it doesn't seem like we're sending enough data.

How can I fix this?
