ADFS OWA Attachment "Bad request"

Hello
I have set up an ADFS infrastructure and I can log into owa without any problems.
However, as soon as I want to download an attachment I see the following error from the ADFS server:

I suspect that the error has something to do with this.

The error you shared above indicates that there are too many requests coming to AD FS from the same browser session.
Have you tried clearing the browser cache then relogin you account? You could try using another browser or incognito mode to test again.
You may also check if any error recorded in AD FS Windows Event Viewer.
