When I try to edit my certification profile it changes from my professional account to personal account

Hi Support team,

I am trying to schedule exam for AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals which I attended the training for on the 16th and 17th of May.

I am facing two issues:

  1. When I try to schedule the exam, I go to the certification dashboard to edit my certification profile (logged in to my professional account). When the edit page opens it is now logged into my personal account.
  2. When I try to check for a discount token for my professional account it says it cannot check at this time.

I have run these scenarios on multiple browsers, in private session and deleted cookies and cache and I still get the same results.

I have received emails on Wednesday the 18th and Tuesday 24th of May after attending the training sessions to schedule my exam but the above issues are blocking me from doing so.

Can you help with these issues?
