I cleaned out %localdata and appdata% , didn't work.

Noticed from the logs that there are some "Access denied" error towards the path 'C:\Users\T440p\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Teams', and some other files are failed to be accessed because "it is being used by another process".

So in order to eliminate if there are any other applications or services that might be interfering with the installation, it's suggested to make sure other applications especially any antivirus software are disabled when installing Teams. The recommended way is to perform a Windows clean boot, which provides you more control over which services and programs run at startup to help you isolate the issue.
