subscription is not allowed to provision in 'France Central'

Hello, I encounter a problem when deploying Azure Database for MySQL flexible server in all my subscriptions in the 'France Central' region, it shows me this error:

whereas 3 weeks ago, by doing the same thing, I could deploy without problem, Can you help me on this subject?

    I am facing the same issue for "France Central". It was working fine a few hours ago

    Same thing happened to us. We have been using UK South for the past 9 months.. suddenly we are not longer to create postgres db. Raised with the the microsoft support team, they told us that Azure has implemented the restriction the new server/instance in UK south region.. I really can't brain this. I never come across with AWS before this kind of issue, instead Azure restricted us to create new server/instance.

    I am having the same issue creating:
    Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server

    I get:

    Subscription '[subscription name]' is not allowed to provision in 'West Europe'.
