Is machine learning SDK and designer pricing the same

I am able to find the pricing the page for SDK or designer, are they pricing the same?

    @ben wu Adding to @Anonymous response, Since you have used the tag azure-machine-learning tag I think you are using the latest version of Azure Machine Learning rather than classic studio. In the case of the new Azure Machine Learning studio and the SDK there will be no charge for using the service. You will only be charged for the compute used for your experiments and other Azure services consumed, including but not limited to Azure Blob Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Container Registry and Azure Application Insights. Please check the details of pricing for compute for Azure ML on this page.
