Dear experts,

We are newly installing Windows 11 VLSC 21H1 Edu Pro edition for our end-users.
There was Teams preinstalled with the OS but when users tried to log in, it showed attached error and even we clicked Yes, it showed blank screen and nothing happened?

My question is

  1. Any solutions on how to get rid of this? We have Office365 subscription, in the past we used Group Policy to install Teams .msi for end users and it works just fine.
  2. Are we able to disable or pre-uninstall this Teams app when we installed the new OS?

Thanks a lot for helping.

    Hi @Yuki Sun-MSFT ,

Thanks for correcting it. May I know how I can post via that community, I didn't see an option for me to create a question there?
