Azure Task Automation shutdown VM - Emailing Not working

Hi there,
I am setting up Task Automation on Azure portal for a VM, so that it can be auto-started at 9 am daily.
I also checked the "Notification", and enabled it, with indication of my emailID.
The VM could be started properly by this Task Automation, but the emailing failed.
When I checked and tested the task automation, using the Azure Logic Apps for this "Task Automation", I could see there is error message on:
MailboxNotEnabledForRESTAPI
What did I miss in the setup?

It may be worth while to check with other email address like outlook and gmail etc
