HI All,

Need an advice on below,

We have applied almost 5 classification with H.Confi/Confidential as enable encryption and others normal content marking. The issue is when ever a user sends a email, he is getting double classifications in the email header. Only few users are affected like below

Another issue is we are seeing badges like below, is there any settings I need to apply to remove the below badges please

Thank you for reaching out to us. As I understand few users in your organization experiencing double classifications in the email header.

Would like to know does the same user experience similar behavior with office apps ( like word ) ?

Also wanted to know what kind of labeling being used by the user built in labelling or AIP Unified labeling ? Version of Outlook ?

Just wanted to follow up on the above post, did any of the troubleshooting steps helped to isolate/resolve your issue on the client reporting double classification.

Regarding the second query related to removing badges, wanted to check are you referring to remove AIP label which is being seen in the screenshot while replying emails ? or below AIP label there is a message "You replied to this message on XXXXXXX" you want to remove this message while replying.
