Hi,

Posting this question as I am extremely frustrated by using the Teams sharing option when I have to discuss work with my team mates. I normally keep Teams open on my laptop screen and continue to work on my external monitor. When someone calls I answer in my laptop and if they need to show something by sharing their screen I drag it across to the monitor so I can see the content clearly. The issue occurs on the exact moment the window leaves the laptop screen and enter the monitor screen. It freezes the whole system and I have to restart my PC. Can anybody help me out to fix this issue?

My laptop details if that is going to help..

I have also found this error under Event Viewer
"The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

Thank you.
