ATA lightweight gateway not starting after install

Question

I installed ATA lightweight gateway V. 1.9.7576.49398 via downloaded files from the ATA center on a DC.
Installation was successful, but the service doesn't start (The Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics Gateway service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 114 time(s).) I got the error on a Win 2019 DC. I have uninstalled the DC and made a new install (same name and IP) with Win 2022 and get the same error. 30 other DCs are running well with ATA.

The end of the log tells me this:

Has anybody an idea for this?

Also, ATA will not work on 2022.
