Is it possible to play dolby vision in html video tag?

I have a mp4 file with dolby vision, and when I play it in html video tag, the color looks weird, like this:

If I play it in movie and TV app, it looks normal:

here is mediainfo of this file:

I read an article and it seems chrominum edge support dolby vision: https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2020/03/30/the-top-10-reasons-to-switch-to-the-new-microsoft-edge/

And it seems netflix in chrominum edge supports dolby vision (when I open this video, my laptop monitor get the max brightness automatically):

So I am confused. Why I can not play dolby vision in chrominum edge but Netflix can.

Is it because only commercial company can use DV on chrominum edge, personal developer can not?

It seems that you need to add some codes to support Dolby in your own site. You can refer to this doc and try if it works.

It seems this code only add Dolby Digital Plus support for html.

Nothing changed for my video
