Move data from one Azure Storage blob into another storage blob , which has immutability enabled.

Question

i have an azure storage account with 10 TB of data .

Now i want to move this data to another azure storage blob, which has immutability feature enabled

i want to move within a week's time.

What are the asynchronous options to move data between blobs ? . Is AzCopy the best option.

i want to repeat ;this process every 1 month. What options do i have to automate it process . May be Azure Functions or data factory.. what options do you suggest ?
