When presenters have been assigned to manage breakout room we are finding that it works well at 1st but as the day goes on we receive a message saying no one is managing the rooms and we can no longer use them. They simply just keep spinning and will not allow anyone to access the rooms or the settings for them. What could be causing this?

How long will this issue happened when users in breakout rooms?
To exclude the client issue, could you check if you have the same problem in Teams web client?

2022-06-03T13:00:29.087+00:00 It hasn't happened while we actually had people in the breakout rooms. It has only occurred when we go back to reopen then and can then no longer manage them.
I will try web client in in my upcoming classes.

How long will this issue started?
I did a test in our environment and the presenter could join and leave the break out room normally. I will check it tomorrow to see if it can be reproduced.

2022-06-17T09:04:16.277+00:00 I did a test in our environment and wait the test result today. Here is our test result and steps, could you see if it meet your situations:
1)The first day we create a breakout room in Teams meeting and we invite one user to join our breakout rooms. They could see the breakout rooms and join normally.
2)The next day when this user join this meeting they could not see the breakout room from their view and only Teams organizers could see the rooms and invite this user to join the breakout rooms.
