Universal Printers In Azure

Question

I am trying to find a way to update some printer names from the properties section of the printers in Azures Universal Print, however it is greyed out.

I found the link below which to me looks like I can do it with PoSH but for the life of me I can't figure out the commands, anyone else had to do this?
