The link that you posted was for supported CPU for Windows 10.
When checking for supported CPU for Windows 11 please use the supported CPU for Windows 11:
When the link for Windows 11 was viewed it displayed the Intel CPU: i5-6300U
When viewing the Intel drivers available for this CPU it displayed OS support for Windows 10.
As of today, 06/03/2022, Windows 11 drivers were not seen on the Intel driver webpage for this CPU:
For this discrepancy contact Intel support and use the Microsoft feedback hub (win + f)
For upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11 it can be performed in a supported or unsupported fashion.
Most computers using Windows 10 can upgrade to Windows 11.
This includes desktops, laptops, and tablets.
