Why can't some computers（broadband） load this page（https://speech.microsoft.com/portal）?
@Tim Jobs I have tried accessing the page today and it seems to work fine. Are there any network issues on some of the computers that you are using to load this page? Is it possible to try this with a different network connection to the computer?
