Create App Service Managed Certificate ERROR

Unable to create App Service Managed Certificate.

First it's showing following error:
Properties.CanonicalName is invalid. Found a duplicate certificate with wubud.com available or in pending issued under serverFarmId /subscriptions/2b4cf7f0-39cf-4415-9675-feb2a4e27ba8/resourceGroups/App-Resources-WE/providers/Microsoft.Web/serverfarms/Core-App-WE. Pending certificate operation id: 465eaf9f-df80-46a6-a7fa-47eb27bb4ef6, timeout: 6/6/2022 2:53:54 PM.

After few attempt now latest attempt it's beyond an hour and still in progress.
