Azure Databricks does not allow me to run create cluster

I was following guide on working in Azure databricks and just created account, however when i try to create cluster in Azure Databrick it fails, and here is how error looks like: 

Azure Quota Exceeded Exception:  
Error code: InvalidTemplateDeployment, error message: The template deployment failed with error: 'The resource with id: '/subscriptions/99bab9e3-a710-4f7b-b98c-c23a812c9b73/resourceGroups/databricks-rg-dbcert-dhfaaq6463tga/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/9f5ffe4543794191b14840ac31924146' failed validation with message: 'The requested size for resource '/subscriptions/99bab9e3-a710-4f7b-b98c-c23a812c9b73/resourceGroups/databricks-rg-dbcert-dhfaaq6463tga/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/9f5ffe4543794191b14840ac31924146' is currently not available in location 'eastus' zones '' for subscription '99bab9e3-a710-4f7b-b98c-c23a812c9b73'. Please try another size or deploy to a different location or zones. See https://aka.ms/azureskunotavailable for details.'.'.

And, also node type has this symbol near them when trying to create cluster

    Hello @Pylypiuk Ruslan ,

    Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

    From the error message it clearly says that "VM size selected is currently not available in location 'eastus' ", because the product VM size - Ls-series is not available in the east us region.

    For more details, refer to Azure Products available by region.

    Before you create any product in Azure, you need to check the product available by region and then use the appropriate VMs supported in the region.

    Example: In east us region Ls-series is not available which mean you are not allowed to create VM type Ls-series. But you can create Lsv2-series because it is available in the east us region.
