I cannot access my certificates or transcripts page on my Microsoft Learning dashboard

Question

Whenever I try to access my transcripts or certifications page on my Microsoft Learning dashboard, I get a blank page. It is like a broken link that doesn't work. I would like to renew my Microsoft Azure Developer Associate certification on Microsoft Learn, but when I link my Microsoft Learning certification profile it doesn't show any certifications. So I can't renew my certification and can't see it on my Microsoft Learning dashboard either. I can only access the badges page which shows the badge for the certification. I wrote the exam through Pearson VUE if that is relevant. Any help would be appreciated as I would like to renew the certification. I am using the latest version of Opera GX and I also tried Microsoft Edge but still no success. I also checked on Pearson's website which you can access through the Microsoft Learning dashboard by clicking the provider dropdown list. I could not find my history of writing the exam so the problem might also lie there. I still have the emails from them and Microsoft before and after I passed the exam.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
