    Hi @Raymond Cheah ,

Have you tried below steps to solve the issue?

    1. From Active Directory, add contoso.onmicrosoft.com to the UPN suffix list.
    2. From the Exchange admin center in Exchange Online, modify the contoso.onmicrosoft.com accepted domain.
    3. From the Microsoft 365 admin center, add contoso.com as a domain.

If you haven’t, please try it and check if the issue still persists.

    Hi

The error is because you need to add the domain name to the cloud, and on the on-prem.

Did you had your domain name validated and included inside your cloud account for your tenant ?
