What is expected in the "Priority" section on the New proof of execution claim page?

Question

When I submit POE, the Priority is mandatory on the New proof of execution claim page.
However, I'm not quite sure what I should select. Is there anything I can refer to?

I've checked the below link as well, but nothing about the "Priority" there.
