I am working in Sharepoint Online to create a Hub site for a department of my company and using Communication sites as the individual sites under the Hub. When I create the communication site I can associate it with a hub however it has the same URL as all other sites ie /sites/sitenamehere. Is it possible to have the site take on the url of the Hub site as well, ie /sites/hubsitename/sitenamehere

    Hi @James Harkness
Currently this requirement is not possible. The structure of a site url in SharePoint has its special meaning, ie /sites/hubsitename/sitenamehere seems like to be a url of a subsite. For more information about the anatomy of a SharePoint URL, you could refer to: https://sharepointmaven.com/the-anatomy-of-a-sharepoint-url/

You could also send feedback to Microsoft SharePoint Feedback to achieve this requirement one day. Hope this could help you.
