For the configuration account, I have listed some factors that may affect it. Please try the following troubleshooting:
- Firstly, please confirm if the address and password of every account are 100% correct. To verify this, it's suggested that you could log in to the web mail to check if you can log in to web mail successfully.
- Secondly, some mail accounts may need to be given some permissions for configuring accounts. For some special email providers, such as Gmail, we need to go to the Settings page and enable the POP and IMAP access.

POP, IMAP, and SMTP settings - Considering the impact of the profile itself, it is recommended that you add each account separately in different profiles(Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) to check whether they can be successfully added.
- Finally, Gmail announced some time ago that adding Gmail accounts to outlook clients and other mail clients may be limited. If you do encounter this problem, please try to sign in with app passwords.
