Hello and good day.
I had Windows 11 on my pc two days ago. But then due to some problems I decided to degrade it to windows 10. So I headed over to the Microsoft website and downloaded the windows 10 creation tool from there. I installed the setup on USB and installed the windows 10 with that USB. well it installed perfectly fine. But when I was in the setup the windows10 assistant Cortana asked me to connect to the internet and I wasn't able to see any internet on the menu. I was surprised that why my internet wasn't showing up. Not only mine but nearby networks were also not visible. Well I restarted the setup several times but no luck. at last I selected the option 'I don't have an internet' and then I completed the setup.
Note: (I also installed windows 10 with the same USB on another laptop but its network is working fine.)
Now I am on my desktop but when i decided to open the WIFI menu in the taskbar it was empty. Only airplane mode option was there. I turned on and off the airplane mode in case the networks come up but in vain. I cant work on my pc without internet. Of course I am not connected tot the internet so I am also unable to get any updates. Please look forward to my request.

it is a laptop and how do i tell you the model of my wifi adapter
Click the Windows icon, start typing "device manager" and then click it when the result comes up. On the box that comes up, there should be a network adapter entry..click that to expand and it should list the Wi-Fi adapter.
Have you installed all the Windows updates? Including all optional ones?
Sometimes laptops come with a specific software tailored to that specific laptop model so check with the manufacturer whether there are drivers you need to install.
Beyond that, a large proportion of laptops come with Intel Wi-Fi cards of some description, either Intel or Killer......the Intel Driver Assistant should be able to detect the Wi-Fi card and recommend the driver:
Hi FazaleRabbi ,
What is the make and model of the laptop?
Does your laptop not have an ethernet interface? If the ehernet interface is present, you can connect to the internet via a network cable and complete all updates.
As Nursemorph has already suggested, go to Device Manager, expand network adapters, check if the wireless adapter is present, enabled and if it works properly. If you haven't already, try restarting your pc.
